My husband has a difficult time fitting…
My husband has a difficult time fitting his ear plugs properly into his ears no matter what assistant he receives. I and his daughter try to help but we are also unsuccessful. Perhaps there are some people who just cannot wear your hearing aids. In his total frustration he has stopped wearing his hearing aids and we are paying monthly for a service we are not receiving.

Not satisfied
Not satisfied, the batteries dont last and the sound although louder, not even close to natural.

We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. did not work for me
did not work for me, sent back for adjustments at least twice, lost money on the deal because all of the back and forth went beyond the trial period.

My hearing aides worked well for most…
My hearing aides worked well for most of the first year. However they are not holding up My right one works when it wants to and the left is working most of the time. I am disappointed and feel cheated. I talked with customer service and I don't feel like they listened to me and just guessed what my problem was and sent me another piece. However it didn't work... so I'm waiting for the payments to be done and I can get a better pair. I almost feel like I've been scammed... $800 for each ear...

After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. Lost my left one....the right one…
Lost my left one....the right one stopped working nearly 6 months ago....now, I go without!

The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. I decided I didn't want the hearing…
I decided I didn't want the hearing aids they did not meet my needs however I was told it was past the return date (I had been in the hospital) and I could not return them and that I would be charged for them. There has never been good customer service and I am now paying for instruments I cannot use because they are not programed for my hearing loss. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is better to deal with local people that you can deal with face to face and care about the service they provide.

Ms. Kent- When you called to return two weeks past your trial date, you told the Customer Service Rep that you were in the mountains without cell phone coverage- not in the hospital. Way too expensive for what we get
Way too expensive for what we get. They break easily and getting the little white rubber tips replaced is very expensive. My husband still has trouble hearing with that but mostly it is you don't get very much at all for the big bucks. I would never recommend listen clear.

We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. They are $20 for a pack of 4-tips which would last you a year.
