Mr. Williams- With your hearing loss dipping into 80%, it can be a little difficult for hearing aids to support those tones. For the spinning, we'd recommend calling Customer Service to help. If you need help with the hearing aids, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. If you received the wrong wire in January, they would like to know so they can fix the issue.

We're sorry you're having an issue with the hearing aids. We can reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. The Battery Program is optional. We offer a month’s supply of batteries (eight) every 30 days for a shipping and handling charge of $6.95 per month plus tax. You can start and stop this program at any time. The batteries are also able to be bought locally at most stores or online. The program is more for convenience since any of our customers do not leave the house very often. We encourage you to use the best solution for you.
