I'm paying for hearing aids I don't wear. I tried to send them back but Listen clear would not except them.

If you need help with the hearing aids, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. ListenClear does not accept returns outside of trial, but we can still reprogram the hearing aids to a hearing test.

Not working! Only had them for a few months and I already lost the one for the right side. Don't miss it much because the left is the one I need! Unfortunately the left one doesn't work anymore. I tried several new batteries and it won't power on. I haven't gotten it wet or damaged it. I placed it in the storage case because I wasn't going to wear it for a week (that turned into 6 weeks) and now it won't work.

With the age of the hearing aids, it's probably a cleaning issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. If you do not clean them, the tips become clogged and won't transfer the sound to your ear. It also looks like you haven't called Customer Service in months- please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help.

I have sent my right ear hearing aid in several times because it does not function like my left ear does. There is very little volume and does not appear to be functioning properly

Mr. Trimper- It looks like you've only sent in your right hearing aid once since receiving a replacement one in May 2018. If you're having a volume issue, it's probably a cleaning issue. The tips need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. The ear buds also need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. Listen Clear is not a hearing aid. It is a hearing enhancement. It does not clarify conversations. As far as I can tell it does nothing to reduce background noise, the volume control is non-existent. Does not help with telephone conversations. I have had the snap on earpiece come off in my ear twice and had to have it medically removed. Most disappointing and extremely costly.

These hearing aids are a joke. I told Beverly Burch I did not want them and she insisted that I keep tying them and they would get better. WELL THEY HAVE NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waste of $$$$. I received the sound amplifiers on a 40 day trial period. I used the product for 10 days and put them back in the box. A few weeks went by and I remembered they needed returned or I was going to be charged full price. $1.600.00 I called Listen Clear to return the worthless sound amplifiers and they informed me it was day 41. They would NOT let me return them and charged me full price. $1,600.00 GREED!!! I paid the bill and threw the cheap ___ sound amplifiers in the trash. If you are hard of hearing, go to an audiologist, get a hearing test and purchase "Hearing Aids". HUGE difference between hearing aids and sound amplifiers. I am using ReSound hearing aids and love them! Stay Away from "ListenClear"

I have had problems with myhearing aids now for at least 40 days.they hurt my ears.The price I paid for them should not make my ears sore.
