Ms. Fryer- We're sorry you're having issues with the hearing aids. You ordered tips about a year ago- that might be the issue. The tips also need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires. Cleaning can make a drastic change. Hearing aids will pick up the noises around you, good and bad, but hopefully the reprogramming will help.
