Hearing aid amplify sound but mis directed Voice is clear in front of me only behind I don’t us it. It sits in drawer unused

I was extremely disappointed and felt…
I was extremely disappointed and felt that I threw $900+ dollars away. The device never worked right, even with making changes. All I could hear was background noises, not conversations I was having. Customer service is very nice though.

As the representative mentioned in 2017, we can reprogram the hearing aid to a hearing test or to your specifications. This is a free service and we pay for the shipping both ways. I asked for replacement aides when mine…
I asked for replacement aides when mine stopped working but got two for the same ear so I have never used them.just want to get them paid for and be done with it!

Never finished setting up the hearing…
Never finished setting up the hearing aides. Sent a second remote never helped with background noise at work. Never returned calls

I found out I could have paid less…Why

Never satisfied
Never satisfied. I have had a very bad experience and would not recommend them to no one. As for the hearing aids, they are in a box on a shelf. They don't work for me. I drive a school bus and the sound of the wind coming in the window, drives me crazy. I tried to return them, but they said I was too late. Thanks

If I had to buy again I would not buy…
If I had to buy again I would not buy it again. I absolutely dislike 😂 having to have the extra hand held device to carry around to move the volume up and down.it is a real pain in the butt if u know what I mean. I know u say to go get my hearing test and send it to you but why would any audiologist want to give it to me with out another charge when they sell hearing aids as well. And this sounds very tinny to me . I have worn a device since I was 50 and that's been 15 plus years so I am not new at it. I would never recommend it to anyone else,ever.no wonder they reduced the price of two so fast and I only needed one to begin with.so think twice before buying this one and if I ever get it paid for I will be very thankful and will look for something much better..

With the remote, once you set the volume you can leave it at home. The black button on the back of the hearing aids will change the program on both if you need to adjust it during the day. Customer Service can explain more if you have questions. They can be reached at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. If you visit an audiologist, rather than a hearing aid company, they would be happy to provide you a copy of your medical record hearing test. You can ask your primary care doctor or insurance for ENT recommendations.
