Very professional and courtious

Not quite as powerful as my clumsy in ear devices, but being barely visible, I choose ListenClear. Knowledgeable people at the end of my phone wires, and very nice, to boot.

There good but don't follow up after u purchase the hearing aids like they say they will.

When my husband was alive he loved the hearing aid.

a great customer service that looked after me 110%. I lost one hearing in Euador and they sent onevout immediately so I would be all fitted upon my return to the US. Helping out on a repair replacement was also done fortuitiously and a third was sending a connector earplug post haste after accidently bresking it on my cart door. Cannot say enough the service. I have had my hearing aids for 2 plus years and they are working fine I am able to hear much better than before, they have been back to the factory once and are performing just great thank you
