Theses hearing aids are terrible they…
Theses hearing aids are terrible they aren't worth the money. I have asked for longer speaker wires and they said they don't have any longer and my hearing aides sit on top of ear and not down behind my ears.

Mr. Jeffus - We're sorry you're having issues with the hearing aids. The unit's processor is made to sit level with the top of the ear to hear what's in front of you. If it sits farther down, the sound quality decreases. The hearing aid battery compartment door
The hearing aid battery compartment door irritates my ear causing a painful bruise. Also I had them adjusted for my hearing loss but they still just seem to amplify everything.

I'm unhappy with the customer service…
I'm unhappy with the customer service I've received from ListenClear. I have been unhappy with my listenclear hearing aide and I called them to see what could be done. They said that they would let me know when an improved hearing aid was available and I've never heard from them since. The hearing aide seems to be just an amplifier. There is no clarity of sound and I miss what is being said much of the time because it is muffled. I also find that background noise is very annoying and there's no way to eliminate it. I would also like to be able to turn off my hearing aide at times while wearing it, and cannot do so without removing it. I'm very dissatisfied with this hearing aide.

Ms. Brown- Thank you for your review. It looks like it's been a year since you've contacted Customer Service and two years since the hearing aids have been reprogrammed. You may need some servicing done to make the hearing aids perform optimally. Especially with the muffle, it can be a tip issue. The tips need to be changed every four to six months. After that, the silicone starts to break down physically and ability-wise. This can lead to the hearing aids working intermittently, feedback from not fitting well, or not clicking onto the receiver wires like before. Very dissatisfied
These hearing aids are just not very good, at least for my hearing loss. I can't wear them in any kind of noisy environment, like Costco on Saturday or a ball game. Even at church they seem to pick up every crying baby, cough, or whatever, and I still can't distinguish the speakers voice very well. A waste of $1600.00

I can't wear both of them at the same…
I can't wear both of them at the same time becausee rhe rt one squeels so bad. I am very disappointed in them

Poor product
Poor product. Sent it back with results of hearing test to have them adjusted to what I needed,and still can't use. Too much back ground noise no matter what program I set it on. So now I am paying for a product I can't use.

Ms. Peralta- It looks like it has been about a year and a half since you last called into Customer Service. The background noise might be a functional issue. Please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. Your warranty is in effect until August, so a repair would be covered if necessary.

I tried for the trial period and heard…
I tried for the trial period and heard some improvement,but after 6 months, they did not do the job and the fit was poor. I am still paying for something th8at is not useable

Mr. Webster- It looks like you haven't called into Customer Service in over a year. If you need any help, please call them at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. If you haven't already, I would suggest cleaning the white tips. That can help with both sound and fit issues. They need to be cleaned once a week. Take the white tips off the receiver wires and wash them in soap and water. Make sure the tips are dry before you put them back on the wires.

Think Twice
Can not control tone.! Goes through one battery a day and a half. Never return calls. Left semi hearing

The batteries should be lasting five to ten days- if not, please call Customer Service at 888-320-0424 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Eastern and they would be happy to help. Your warranty is until November 2019 so a repair would be covered.
