Hearing aids I bought work great! I had previously had an audio graph n sent a copy back along w hearing aids. When returned I have to turn them all the way up to hear. Each time I open battery space , the hearing aids return to the reduced volume so I have to reset every time I put them on . Other than that they work great n have helped me hear much better!

I have two observations: The batteries don't last long maybe three or four hours only. I have the battery in the battery compartment and connect it only when needed. Remove batteries when not in use. Can't think of a better way to get max bang for the buck Looks like the hearing aids work as an amplifier and does not cut- out/cancel the background noise. Background noise is my main problem. since this device doesn't cutout background noise as it was advertised to do, it does not help me much. Sorry for my frank evaluation. I'm sure you would like to hear from all your customers that the device is great.I am sorry if I disappoint you.

I called customers service to report my left ear piece was not working and after trying some different things he said it needed service and would cost $100.00 for them to look at it. I declined and decided to use my old one. The phone service was excellent.

I have had other hearing aids. The ListenClear hearing aids have worked. I wish they were tuned specifically for me. I know they can be but, I have not gone to a doctor to have my ears retested. It would be nice to be able to adjust volume by bluetooth, as higher priced aids are.
