Great platforms
Great platforms, I posted my home and had over 30 realtors submitting bids within minutes. Found a realtor for .7%. Saved me $25k in commission fees and sold my house in under a week. Used the same realtor to buy my next home. Amazing

Hands down best system for both sellers…
Hands down best system for both sellers and realtors. Allows sellers to obtain the best deal possible in listing, and then having the opportunity to review a list of agents and what their willing to charge without getting on one phone call. Other hand allows realtors to connect with sellers without the hassle of going through a sales pitch. Convenience at its best.

Really interesting & great concept. I like that it gives me a way to compare agents before choosing who to work with. That kind of transparency is something the real estate process has needed for a while. I will definitely be saving some money on this one hahah

As an agent I love Listabid
As an agent, I like that Listabid gives me the chance to present my experience, approach, and commission directly to sellers who are actually looking to list. It creates a more transparent process and gives agents the opportunity to compete on value rather than just chasing referrals or paying for leads. I think it is a useful platform for both sellers and agents, and it brings a more practical approach to how listing representation is chosen.
