Great communication creating a custom ring for a great price, there were no issues when I asked for a change in design. I was nervous ordering my wedding ring without ever seeing it but is gorgeous, I am so impressed! Only negative feedback as that this was delivered via Evri so just left outside my door on the floor, luckily it wasn’t stolen and not the fault of the company but a more reliable or a signed for delivery would be amazing as an option if possible in the future.

Got the custom arch perfect! I had requested a custom shaped wedding ring to fit the gorgeous engagement ring my fiancee had picked out and they got the shape just right! I took pictures but cant seem to find a way to upload them to the review

Everything went smooth, ground/standard shipping takes approximately 2 weeks. When I did a follow up 2 weeks after, they sent a tracking number and the order arrived later that day.

After ordering a custom ring I realized that I had made a fairly large error with regard to sizing. I am talking a difference of 3 whole ring sizes, not just a, 'well it is a little snug' sort of deal. It only took a single email to get things sorted out and have the error corrected with just a single day turnaround. I'll update this review when the ring arrives, but, so far I have been very happy with the way I've been taken care of and I've got high expectations for the delivery.
