This was the best wedding band customization experience I could have asked for. Lisa was patient and very communicative. The ring arrived earlier than I was expecting and is a perfect fit with my engagement ring. It's beautiful, with both a dainty look and sturdy build. I can't wait to wear this ring!

I received my ring guard yesterday. It is very nice. I thought it would be a more substantial as I am not petite but my 1 ct marquise diamond that I got 35 yrs ago will fit nicely. My original set needed a lot of refurbishing so I thought this would be a nice change and am very satisfied. The communication was great all be it email only the next day and no phone to call.

I am extremely pleased with the look of the ring. LisaJewlery was also very helpful when it came to making an exchange because of a mistake I made on ordering. I received my order much earlier than expected. Great overall experience!

I got both my engagement ring and my wedding band from here. Both times I’ve reached out to customer service for one reason or another and both times they responded promptly with great help. Both of my rings get complimented and are very high quality. Would recommend for your special occasions!
