I placed an order on9/20/26 in the amount of 12 different wine bottles which according to the advertisement had to come on 9/24/26 Checked a status a few times with no change (your order is preparing) On 9/25 I emailed the customer service and was told that three of bottles are out of stock We agreed on removing/refunding those out of stock bottles and proceed with the rest of the order Check the status of my order few days after and it’s still preparing Emailed them again and happened to be that few more bottles were out of stock That I asked them to cancel the order and refund the money

Take caution when ordering from this company. I ordered two cases of the Simply Spiked Limeade variety pack, specifically because it was advertised as a 4-flavor variety pack and the stores in my area have stopped carrying it. My order arrived yesterday, and I was sent a completely different variety pack than the one I ordered. I contacted customer service, and their response was that their website states under every product: “Availability may vary. Images are for reference only. Design may vary.” I understand that packaging or the appearance of a product can change. However, this goes far beyond a packaging or design variation. The product description clearly states that the item contains a variety of four flavors, and the photos and description indicate the specific product being purchased. What I received was a different variety pack altogether. It is extremely disappointing to advertise a specific product as available, accept an order and payment for that product, and then send a completely different item without notifying the customer. If the product I ordered was no longer available, I should have been contacted and given the opportunity to cancel the order or choose whether I wanted a substitute. Instead, a different product was sent without my consent. In my opinion, this is misleading and leaves customers feeling as though the product they purchased was not actually what the company intended to fulfill. Customers should be able to reasonably expect to receive the product that is advertised and ordered—not a completely different product. Oh they offered to return the product if I pay a $20 shipping fee..absolutely ridiculous!!

These guys are TERRIBLE. Customer service is nonexistent. They took forever to fill my order and then got it wrong. I’ve emailed them twice about the screw up with no response. They sell cheap because they don’t deliver what you purchase! AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Placed an order on July 14. They accepted it, sent email they were getting my order ready. They charged my card immediately. A week later, got a message asking me to rate my purchase that I hadn’t received. I sent email asking wtf. No answer. Called the number provided. Rang and rang, no answer. Wrote another email. Finally get a reply telling me not to email again. I eventually learned they didn’t have the merchandise. Asked about similar merchandise, the reply I got was hard to understand. They may have been out of the suggested replacement. I asked for a refund. Waited a day, and filed with my CC. Why sell merchandise you don’t have? They have excellent software for that.

Be careful buying liquor from the store. Purchased to cases of Black label 1.75L and when opened the second case month a half later, found 5 bottles instead of 6. Spoke with the store manager Kyle, and he acted as normal and gave ridiculous excuses. Not sure who is stealing whether store employees or their supplier but Manager's attitude suggested something is fishy how they are managing. I did not even ask for refund or replacement etc and just called to inform and let them acknowledge that they will look into it but he acted in a way that oh its normal and we can't do anything about it.

Buyers be aware!! This liquor store has shady practices!! Showing items are in stock and they are not! taking your money in the process when you place your order !!then they will not comunicate with you leaving you in the dark wondering whats going on until you reach out to them!!

Avoid this seller! They sent me the wrong product and would not let me return even though it was their fault! They have terrible customer service and you might as well throw your money out the window if you order from them!

There was one nice clerk, but there was an African-American young lady that was rude and on a power trip. We called to get prices over the phone. One lady gave them to us. The African-American lady really said she was not going to give us prices over the phone because she was not allowed. We got to the store. I entered by myself with my bottles by myself and coworkers entered behind me by herself and she made the whole party give ID stating that ABC was on the property, making sure that the ID which was a lie I was told by all of the other liquor store in the area that this young lady is rude and they are losing customers because of her we drove from Cincinnati Cincinnati to buy over $100 worth of liquor and turned away. I would never travel back to this location to spend money. I will make sure that I tell my friends not to the young lady needs to learn customer service skills. There is a way to communicate with your clients and make them feel like you want them to return to spend your money, but she does not have that and should not be the face of the company horrible management horrible customer service doesn’t know how to communicate and she’s a liar
