A great product at an excellent price. Images and videos are of high quality and the camera operation is straightforward. Additionally these are real good goggles with a camera located that takes images from a 'point of view' perspective

I received my order fast. Set up was easy with simple instructions. The mask was comfortable and fit my face well. Unfortunately. The strap loosened up quite frequently during my 1st & 2nd dive. I will be replacing the strap before I use it again.

I am still kind of upset that the usb and video calls are proprietary. As a customer I should have the option the buy elsewhere if need be. For instance if I'm in a hurry and left my stuff at home and am on a trip, I'd like to be able to stop at my local computer store or best buy and be able to buy the cords I need for my Impact 365. Also 11 dollars shipping on a 45 dollar order is kind of steep if you ask me. Not to mention it shows up in a USB flat rate box that I'm almost certain did not cost you guys 11 dollars to send. Last but not least I paid 14.99 for a BRANDED charging block. Yes, in the picture it shows this block to have LIC' logo printed on it, however, when I received it.. It was blank. Sorry but I am that particular customer that paid for that branding, and the picture was a misrepresentation. Thanks
