One of the two bottles was leaking
One of the two bottles was leaking due to the foil at the top being slightly peeled back. The packaging was partially soaked. Had to discard the entire bottle out of safety concerns. I have ordered this same product many, many times without a problem in the past.

Bad taste
Bad taste. One man's opinion!

Socal Guy we are sorry you didn't like our Liquid Caffeine, but we feel like 1 star is unfair. We know it is bitter. That is why we recommend adding it to a drink. We have intentionally kept it as pure of caffeine as possible, which means it will have the bitter flavor of caffeine. If you want something that tastes good on its own, we are afraid Liquid Caffeine is not for you. But if you to be able to add caffeine without all the other chemicals to any beverage easily than Liquid Caffeine is for you.

2 orders last month. Both had missing products and I was charged the full amount. I have used Liquid Caffeine for years and have not had this problem. Please contact me so we can rectify this problem. Thanks

You changed your caffeine level from 85…
You changed your caffeine level from 85 to 80 . Now it's more preservative than caffeine.

Kym we are really sorry that we gave you the impression the caffeine levels in our Liquid Caffeine has dropped. We would like to reassure you we are putting the same quantity of caffeine in our Liquid Caffeine as before. We merely changed the labeling to reflect the fact that the dosage isn't always exactly the same due to a number of variables.
