They took my money and I had to threaten to cancel payment and contact Apple Pay over potential fraud. That got their attention and I finally did get what I paid for but zero response zero communication whatsoever. Your money just simply disappears and no one to actually get the bot lobby’s started. Save ur time and money u could easily pay and get nothing I almost did. Worst customer service and a simple message takes hours and hours to respond then back to zero communication.

Lobbies kept getting disconnected and when that happened there would be other customers that would join the Lobbies and break all of the rules. Including killing other customers, which you are not supposed to do. I had a really good experience on bo6 with these Lobbies, but not bo7 so far. I want a refund for the Lobbies breaking for over an hour.
