I bought 100 iPhones it said that some where unlocked and they had pictures with good condition phones and when I recieved them they where in terrible condition I didn't find any unlocked phones and 80 phones had a broken screen 14 didn't have a screen 6 where ok but iCloud lock very disappointing don't buy from this company they are crocks it's all froud to bad for me that I didn't se the reviews before buying them

You have to be very careful what you buy here but you can find some deals if you do your research

This place robbed me! This place definitely robbed me and here are the pictures to prove it. I was a first time buyer at liquidation.com where Buy back hub sells their junk. They placed 8 iPhone max models at auction with liquidation and in their advertisement they said no icloud lock. Well I didn't know you have two days dispute the items but luckily I sent a email with pictures the second day. Then I wait for a response so on Wednesday I decided to call them in which they said they sent me a email. So I couldn't find it and check my spam and they sent me a email on Monday and it says they want more evidence meaning videos. What more evidence do you need besides pictures! So I go back through the iphones and spend a few hours away from my retail business in order to fulfill their request. Then Im going through my email and I see at 11am they sent me a email saying the awarded the seller the money. What are you serious? Three of the three phones that turn on have icloud. Not to mention the rest haven't been checked because they have board level issues like water damage that we have to try and fix but why would we waste our time when icloud unlocks are almost impossible or cost too much.

I paid over $11,000.00 for 4 lots, each said 25 iPhone SX Max, they said was unlocked and the showed nice pictures, I received one SX Max in each lot and rest were iPhone 3, iPhone 5 and 6 and they were all broken up so bad, BE Aware off Cell Phones & Accessories guys, are total fraud.

Used to be a good company but customer service has went way downhill. Bought 2 transactions. Paid for them. Sent shipping labels over. Called in to confirm and somehow they still messed it up, refunded one of the transaction and charged a $200 fee. The other transaction still fighting to get refunded. Emails take about a week to get a reply. Customer support seems either clueless or uninterested in working to resolve issues.

I bought from their biggest seller. Of the highest costing 6 items on the manifest (totaling 75% of the total MSRP) 3 of the items were not what they claimed to be and were actually worthless, while 2 were clearly salvage, broken in pieces, and not even in a box. How can you put these items under "used" when they were clearly salvage??? I disputed the package and included pictures and proof of everything. Liquidation.com claimed they would take 10 business days to respond, but took 3 times that long just to tell me they ruled in favor of their highest seller because I had "no proof". Did they just completely disregard all the photos and proof I sent???? Was excited about this site and had bought a couple of things from there prior, but now I will never buy from them again.

Total scam. I've never seen such a bad company. I don't know what they do, but seems they don't want honest customers. They close accounts for no reason. Don't waste you time on this page. I've no idea, why did made a website when they obviously hate customers.
