A long time buyer here but for the past… A long time buyer here but for the past two years their product and customer service delivery severely deteriorated. I would urge prospective customers to go elsewhere. Liquidation.com has failed to hold sellers to higher standards.,,products are ill described and during COVID19 delivery of shipped products has been a nightmare!! I have paid for Grade A condition items that were delivered in Salvage condition because the sellers put 60 pounds items in a standard 32 pounds box😳!! Tens of thousands of dollars in items reduced in value just because the sellers want to make more money skimming shipping costs not investing in appropriate boxes or bubble wrap. In the end the buyer is left to carry the burden...it is tiring to have to file disputes literally for every package received. They count on you getting tired and living with the consequences of their inaction. (The current management should go back and read the manuals of how liquidation was run up until 2015). The dispute process is ridiculous and lackluster. A total waste of time. Focus should be on making sure sellers follow protocol and accurately describe... Pack and ship products. I have had quite a ride but it is time to move on to other marketplaces that respect and value their customers and don't treat them as expendable. Good luck

Buyer beware, I bid and paid over $3500 for a pallet and they sent it to the wrong address! After over a week of calling and emailing multiple times a day, they refuse to resolve the issue or refund my money. The customer service is non existence! Buyer beware and do some research before buying from this business, there are people who have mentioned being out-bidden by the people who are affiliated and work for this company in attempt to up the price of the auction. I have purchased multiple pallets in the past and in most cases more then half the items were not as described in the manifest and the customer service did not do anything about it. I will never buy from here again and I recommend everyone who is reading this to do the same. There are many other people who have had the same experience and have left feedback.

After reading some of these other reviews I realise mine isn’t anywhere near as bad as some of these, but I’ll tell it anyway. I won an auction for “ (2) Refurbished Apple MacBook Pro Laptop. Est MSRP $6k” which was sold by worldtronics_1 who seem to be a pretty decent sized seller focusing on apple gear. The description stated that they were in good condition with minor scrapes and scratches. It ended up costing me around $950USD with shipping and auction fees which wasn’t that cheap so I figured it was going to be some pretty decent laptops! The photos showed 2 15” MacBook pros in excellent looking condition but instead I got one 15” and one 13”. They looked like they’d been dropped that many times that I’m surprised they managed to turn on at all. The 15” touchpad didn’t work which made the setup process interesting. Once you managed to find the sweet spot and hit it with your 20oz ball peen hammer I was able to finally get into the main operating system to see what kind of hardware it had. It was a late 2008 with nothing fancy at all to warrant the MSRP of $6000. So I did some googling and way back when it was released it was retailing for about $1500 which meant that my little 13” was worth a whopping $4500😳 (spoiler alert, it wasn’t)! I was able to put my hammer aside and managed to log into the OS reasonably easy and after checking the hardware of this one I discover that it was a early 2012 which was better BUT it didn’t have any fancy hardware and it still only retailed for around $1400 back in the day. After doing a bit of hunting online, I found that I could have purchased something with better running gear, newer model, a LOT better condition, AND refurbished, for about $700 for both. So I got online to dispute it with liquidation, spent about an hour taking some photos and videos of the issues, wrote out the problems that I was having, and then sent it on off! After about 5 days they told me that as I hadn’t provided them with any information (the photos and videos somehow never made it to them) they’ve closed the dispute and transferred the money to the seller. After then disputing that again they told me that the money has been transferred and that’s the end of it! This turned into quite the rant! But in short, Worldtronics_1 I can definitely say is a scammer! And liquidation support and disputes is an absolute joke! I wish I had seen all these reviews before I purchased anything.

Terrible service never received any information about product. Was told to Call back on monday when I called I was told I my order would be cancelled. Hour later they call back and says mysteriously at that exact moment my package was being shipped and couldn’t be canceled.

As a buyer, you need to understand that your order can just be cancelled, out of the blue, for no reason, a week after paying. It happened to me and there was no explanation why an order that was won and paid for on 12/14 was suddenly cancelled on 12/22. Useless if you don't get what you pay for. The irony is, as a buyer, you need to be sure to always pay, but as a seller, you can stiff people as much as you want.

Stay away from this company. They are scammers and lie about everything My very first purchase was manifested and 1/3 of the items listed were not even on the pallet. Target however did the right thing and refunded me $100 so I took a chance and ordered another from Amazon. Huge mistake the entire pallet of Returns should’ve been labled at salvage but wasn’t. Amazon knew that the entire pallet would never be fixed. 6 boxes were completely empty Not one item worked or was able to be repaired all manufacturers defect reading H97 error codes I lost $1000 every single item went strait to trash pile. Not one thing was fixable. Please please please don’t expect anything to be as stated on a manifest or estimate retail value to be close. Just take your chances they will not be helpfull and will not care that your a small business trying to get by and keep people working. I wish I never bought anything from them I hope you don’t buy from them and tell everyone to beware Country Appliance in Okc

I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS COMPANY AT LEAST -10 STARS!!!! My name is Sandra Daniels and my user id is gemmiser47. I have been a seller for liquidation.com for 6 years 7 months. I'm writing this email to let you know that I had a dispute several months ago from a buyer. Customer support ruled that the dispute was in MY FAVOR and that I would be paid for dusputed item. Then about a week later they changed the outcome of dispute and said the buyer was in favor. I read in my contract that that all rulings of disputes are FINAL. I sent whoever does disputes more paperwork and as of today NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM. Meanwhile 2 items that were sent out to two buyers have been completed and it says "paying seller" on Dec 2. I still haven't gotten paid for those 2 items and I was wondering what was taking so long. I come to find out from Jacinta Millikin that I have a negative balance on my account for the dispute and that money was being taken out from my items for the dispute and that UPS said item was undelivered because I was not home. This is not true I stay home all day everyday and not one UPS package was delivered to me and if they did they never put a note saying sorry we missed note they always put on my door saying they tried to deliver a package to me. I never got item back from buyer and I was told by Jacinta Milliken not to worry that the company would take care of dispute. Now all of a sudden I'm not getting paid for my items because of this said dispute?? I will NOT SELL ANYTHING ELSE ON LIQUIDATION.COM SITE UNTIL I RECEIVE ALL MONIES DUE ME FOR ALL OF MY ITEMS.
