Liquidation.comReviews of liquidation.com

This is the WORST website to purchase a pallet. First pallet never arrived and was sent back to them damaged. I told them NOT to deliver. I had winning bid on a second pallet around the same time. The clothing smelled like mold, all size tags ripped off, holes or rips in many items. They had even left the security tags on some items...filed a dispute. Denied. I'll be doing a chargeback and contacting BBB.

I would never again trust an online auction site because of them. My first pallet should have been salvage all items broken old or missing pieces. Second and third delivery I refused due to the firsts condition nor they want $200 for returning. 4 pallet decided to keep ohhh no completely different box. BAIT AND SWITCH . Trash sellers. They deserve a ZERO

Please Do not buy from here as others have said, ZERO customer service. If you bid the wrong amount no one gets back to you, when you go pick up your stuff and you cant fit it all they will just leave it outside. They have huge cancellation Fees even if you bid the wrong amount and win the item they charge you. I spent over $10k here and becasue i bid the wrong amount they want to charge me a fee

DON'T BUY from this guys. I will count myself lucky not to fall for them. I had a bid for 3 slots won. I was given an option of wire transfer since I am outside the USA. The bid got canceled before I could pay for it and to my suprise,I was asked to pay 200$ for cancellation. I mean its my first time ever using the platform and I was surprised. My account was deactivated almost the same day. Thanks to my friend in the US that made a research on the company and shared the reviews. I would have created another account to buy with them! This guys must be brought to justice.

I purchased 498 Taotronics Soundliberty 97, 95 and 92 earbuds from liquidation.com. The condition was listed as "shelf-pulls" which they define as merchandise never purchased from a store and pulled off the shelf. Most of the items I received were still in the plastic wrapping. When I opened one to test out the quality, it would not charge. I tested 14 more and none of them worked. When I contacted them, they advised me I would need to send a video of each defective item to receive a refund for each one. That is 498 videos. 498! If I were to try and charge each unit for the 3 hours advised in the instruction manual, and charged them 24 hours a day, it would take me over 62 days to finish charging them! At that point I would assume they would tell me that it is well past the return window and they cannot be sure that I didn't damage the items myself. They still stood by their decision and denied my return. I have now submitted a dispute with my bank and will be sending a letter to the BBB, FTC and my state attorney general to lodge formal complaints against this company. I can only hope my bank takes my side in the claim. Please avoid this company at all costs as their communication skill are dismal. They didn't even email or call me to tell me my dispute was rejected. I only found out after emailing 4 times, then calling them. I have seen other reports of shill bidding, cannot confirm that is the case, but I wouldn't put it past them.

Had a great experience with the company as well as the owner. Got a toy load out of North Carolina and I'm impressed. Would definitely recommend! 😁

What a rip off do not buy these items its a huge con, and unbranded electric tooth brush and earphones which I could of got from Argos down the road. The whole experience is not worth save your cash don't trust these bandits

I won an auction for a pallet of returned electronics. The picture showed several pairs of AirPods, Powerbeats and Beat X. Several tablets and multiple different electronic devices. When I got the box the games were missing out of the cases. There was one airpod missing, in the other AirPod Case the AirPods would not charge. None of the chargeable items would charge. The power beats had busted earbuds. I contacted the company and five days later they sent me an email and said that this is normal for the merchandise that you buy from their site. They do not guarantee that you will be buying working items. Do not spend a minute of your time or a penny of your money on this site
