Items were NOTHING like the photos. Description said you will receive exact items as in photos and I received a completely different order of much lesser quality

First box purchased showed obvious signs of being counterfeit. Filed a dispute and was able to return merchandise but there were no consequences for the seller and they are still selling on the site. Purchased another box from a different seller (retail value $1800 and noted that they were name brands great for resale!) there was nothing that could be sold. Filed a dispute and it was dismissed because it was a "salvage" lot. To be used for parts....how is that possible with clothing that is stained and shredded??

Total scammers. I ordered 30 items and received only one. I contacted them and asked them to send either the other 29 item or refund. Nothing received despite several emails except offering 5% refund. Scammers stay clear

very bad business practices and there freight rates are double the average freight cost,when i opted to have my own freight carrier they made it almost impossible to get it picked up and after they send me the wire transfer info with balance they added additional charges after wire transfer was sent and they dont care if they lose business

0 stars Customer service is awful. They used to be a good business and they are terrible now. They charge fees whenever they feel like it and cancel your auctions. They lie about calling you to schedule. I’ve paid for so many auctions and they cancel because they cannot schedule them Timely. Very disappointed in a company I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with. Disgusting customer service . Would not ever buy from them again.

Wish I could give one star. We won an auction of 4 "fully functional" computers. Two were Macbook Airs and two were Imacs. Almost 2 weeks later UPS delivered one busted Imac 27". So, the major issue is the auction lot was FOUR computers. The second issue is that the lot did not contain an Imac 27". I followed their dispute process and was just DENIED. So I am out almost $600 and have none of the product promised. I intend to sue them. What a fraudulent company!

What a scam site. I ordered a 20 piece DeWalt tool set for 46 US dollars. If it looks to good to be true it usually is. The adverts are completely misleading. You get emails of your order and tracking advice that your parcel is on its way but it isn't. AVOIDE AT ALL COSTS.

I wish I had checked the reviews. My Carer ordered a box for £30 but it was advertised as dolllers on fb. He showed me the advert and I ordered the bigger box. We both paid over £12 for fast postage. Like many other People I contacted them when I didn't recieve it in a week. I was told the customs needed to do a rigorous search and I would recieve it on the next couple of days. Because I thought I was getting 50 items I thought ok. Then through the post I got earbuds worth £5. I was livid and contacted them. I was quoted Forest Gump. The item was a lucky dip. I was told that the item had been delivered and that was the end of the transaction. I asked for my money back and they offered 5%. Myself and my Carer have bombarded them with emails. I have been offered 15% and my Carer was offered 20%. I am fed up now so I have eccepted the 15% I could cry but it looks like I am in good company.
