Horrible customer service. Site will not save my debit card info so that I can cash out and customer service just ignores the problem. I have cashed out before but now have a new card. It says it was added but then is not there. This has been going on for a couple months, contacted customer service numerous times. Nothing.

To Lion’s Den Casino, I traveled out of state as instructed to withdraw my funds, only to be misled by supervisors who gave conflicting information and false assurances. Despite repeated attempts, I have been denied my rightful withdrawal. This is about more than $27; it is a pattern of deception. I will be filing formal complaints with the state gambling commission, consumer protection agencies, and I am prepared to take legal action if this is not resolved immediately. I urge other customers to be cautious and avoid similar exploitation. Lion’s Den never put out a formal notice, informing their users that they will no longer operate in California. They should’ve given people an opportunity to pull their money and even rightly, so they should have issued the money back to people. I’m constantly given the runaround when reaching out to customer service, they constantly kicked me out of the chat so that I have to start everything over they repeat ourselves over and over like it’s a game to them. It’s like they make a mockery of me when simply they can send me my money. This is thievery at its best. No one said I had to make a whole new account once I got out of state I have screenshots of our conversations and what they told me exactly you’ll be able to see all the lies for yourself. I will be leaving. also another review on site jabber where you can upload photos. Please reach out to as many people as you can and let this be known into Lions. You should be ashamed of yourselves you do not operate in good faith, but yet only under malicious intent and motives. The third party apps they offer are trash put so much money in and never won anything. I put a lot of money on panda master and didn't win anything and the games honestly suck. They offer riversweeps also and I tried playing on there because I love their games but lions den always lock your account and tell you its under maintenance ever few weeks so not worth it. Just wouldn't play through these guys at all. Also takes forever for them to get back to you. I will no longer be using them
