So much traffic in recharge phase days . And please mention that if I recharge the double diamond top up one time then I can order it again for the normal diamonds or not . Will i receive the normal pack or not ? Because for the normal packs the prices are high than double diamonds

3 coz.. Every time when I use to recharge I use to get it instant Diamonds or weekly pass but one day I didn't got 1x weekly pass even after payment proof n I didn't even got my refund

This is to grab your attention because I've purchased one weekly pass and haven't received it. My money was deducted and was supposed to get into my wallet. But I haven't received any money in my wallet as well. I've tried contacting through every possible way but there's no customer support to help me. This is highly disappointing. The amount was 120/- but there's no help at all for users.
