Linx Legal handled our exit from timeshare ownership. It took over a year but we are done with Marriott. Our credit was not hurt. The only negative is the cost. It is quite expensive.

They stayed in communication with me. My initial contact led me to believe it could probably be resolved within six months. It took a year, but the communication was good. Haley and Matt did an excellent job of keeping me informed!

Timeshare cancelled! While the process took a substantial amount of time (years), we ended up getting our contracts cancelled. Communication was strong, especially early on during the process. As time went on, we had to initiate discussions. That said, they were prompt at responding.

Besides the high cost, my experience was satisfactory, everyone I spoke to was very nice.I wasn’t supposed to receive anymore mail but I have and sent a screen shot to Hailey. Hopefully this will be the end of all my worries with the membership. Thank you Linx Legal for the help.

Linx Legal got me out of my timeshare and Vacation Village but I gave them four stars simply because in the process they didn’t give me any updates unless I asked for them and your fee wasn’t explained totally. Other than that they did a fine job.
