Last year we fell for the timeshare…
Last year we fell for the timeshare scam, and we tried to get out of it on our own shortly after signing the contract and we had no idea what we would do, my husband stumbled upon linx legal and read the reviews and we decided to reach out. we told our story and they shared stuff with us that we didn't even fully understand or were even told when we went into the contract. I was DEVASTATED and so worried we would be stuck with this for life. they got us connected with a representative that week! He told us how the process would work and that sometimes it can be lengthy. He then connected us with Jess Fern and we talked with her and she took over from there we sent her all our documents letters we had between us and Wyndham employees, text messages and phone calls and it was pretty simple on our end, Jess would check in every couple weeks if she hadn't gotten anything from us and give us an update if there was anything and then back in June of this year we received a letter from wyndham stating if they didn't hear anything from us stating otherwise by the date given they were cancelling our contract. here is it September (about a year after we originally started working with Linx ) we are officially timeshare contract free! i feel a weight has been lifted and i am so beyond grateful for all Jess and the Linx Legal team did to help with getting us out of there. If there were 10 starts i'd give 10 instead of 5.
