Avoid Linus e-bikes: Motor failed on my e-Dutchi and Linus is ghosting the warranty
I am a long-time fan of Linus and own several of their traditional bikes, which I absolutely love. However, their e-bike line is a complete disaster, and the customer service is even worse.I bought a Linus e-Dutchi in 2025. Recently, the motor completely stopped working. The bike is still under warranty, but the company refuses to fix it. To make matters worse, they have given me absolutely no explanation as to why they won't honor the warranty, and they are now completely avoiding my messages.If you are looking for a reliable electric ride, look elsewhere. I also own a Priority Glide e-bike and have had absolutely zero problems with it. Linus makes great standard bicycles, but stay far away from Linus e-bikes.
