Never delivered, then asked for a review 4 years later?!
In 2022, I asked Long Island Notary service to remotely help with an apostille. Nearly a month later they had still not delivered and it was impossible to reach them by either phone or email. I never got my document in the end. Thankfully Paypal refunded the payment for services-not-rendered, and I was able to use an alternative notary service to get my document rushed and still get it done by the deadline I had. Just a shame that Long Island Notary Services delayed me by a month and caused me to need to ask for rush service at their competitor, which if they had simply responded that they couldn't help me I would not have needed to do. I never posted a review for that, since I got my money back. Today, 4 years later, they asked me to post a review of what I thought of their services. Needless to say, they are getting one star.
