The limit you ran into isn't a file-size (MB) cap — it's based on a document's length, so even a small file can exceed it if it has a lot of pages. If you email [email protected] with the document (or its page count), our team will check what happened and point you to the right plan or a way to split it so it goes through.

Hi Mandula — getting four blank pages back isn't the result you should have had, and we want to fix it.
