Sam and his team were a joy to work with for our agency. I worked with them directly and they were very responsive, communication was clear and focused and goals were met. My only note for areas of improvement is on the quality of the links. It's not that they were bad, they just were mediocre. That said, I would still consider working with them in the future as they continue to improve their offering.

Regarding the quality aspect of the links built for you - We try and build the best quality links acquired naturally via organic outreach (i.e., as you know, we don't buy links!). We've been able to secure links from AT&T, magazine sites, newspaper websites, NPR, and many other authority sites for different clients. Sometimes the quality of the links depends on the niche, the value of the asset we are building links to, and many other factors.
Quality is also subjective and it could differ from one person's view to another. Reports are timely, and the work is more superior compared to the work of many well known bank linking companies. Rankings improved month one where other companies took much longer with less valuable back links and guest posts.
