Who are you and why i have an account?
Received an email saying a few updates on your account. Never used them, don't know them. So why do I have an account? They know my email, tried to cancel, sent a code on mobile, so they have that too. Very suspicious and illegal. Everyone needs to make a complaint to The Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), which i will be doing ASAP.

Sorry to hear you received that unexpected account email—that sounds very worrying. You say an account appears in your name and that the service already has your email and mobile number, which feels intrusive. Next steps: 1. Link is designed to provide a seamless checkout experience that can store payment details and create an account to enable faster future checkouts—some users may be unaware an account was created during a quick payment flow. if you want the account removed, please use the "I can't login" option at https://support.link.com/contact/login? so our team can assist with locating and deleting the account. 2. When you contact Support, include the email you received, the approximate time and date, and any SMS/code messages so we can examine how the account was created. 3. If you’re concerned about personal data or unauthorized use, contact your bank to dispute any suspicious transactions and consider reporting the merchant via our lookup tool at https://support.stripe.com/questions/unknown-charge-from-stripe. We take data‑handling and consent concerns seriously and will assist where possible. Thank you for raising this with us.
