If I could rate O I would
If I could rate O I would. I paid a court reporter using the reporter website. They claimed they never got paid. But I received confirms from Link that I had paid. Called my bank and they said they did not get a request from Link to pay merchant. So I tried paying with my AE card. Took me all the way thru process including asking to identify me with a code. Then still would not process the withdrawal from AE. Spinning wheel of death is all I saw. I gave up. Awful experience.

We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you've encountered, and I understand how frustrating this experience must be. When facing issues with payments not reflecting or going through, it can be concerning, especially when confirmations seem to indicate otherwise. Here’s what you might consider doing: 1. **Verify Transaction**: Check any transaction confirmations, ensuring they align with the details of what you attempted to pay. Double-check any email confirmations or app notifications for discrepancies. 2. **Contact the Merchant**: Since the court reporter claims they haven’t received the payment, it’s helpful to get their assistance in verifying the transaction status from their end. 3. **Card Issuer Assistance**: Consult with your American Express card issuer to clarify why the payment isn’t being processed. They may offer insight or identify the authorization hold causing the issue. 4. **Contact Support**: For further assistance with Stripe’s role in processing the payment, reach out to our support team via https://support.stripe.com/contact. Detailed information from your side can expedite the process. Your feedback is invaluable for us as we work to improve our services and user experience. We apologize for any inconvenience you’ve faced and are committed to resolving this matter for you.
