Account was created without permission
Account was created without permission, transaction data was stored, late night/early morning text about login and password changes. This may be a legit business, but they are "scammy" in behavior.

Thanks for letting us know — we’re sorry to hear about this unsettling experience. This sounds like a Link issue where an account may have been created during checkout and payment/contact details were saved without your clear consent. Link is a saved‑payment and checkout product designed to speed up online payments by storing a user’s payment and contact details so future checkouts can be completed with fewer steps—because the experience is designed to be seamless, some users may not realise an account was created during a quick payment flow. For your situation, please take these steps: If you are the cardholder and see an unexpected or unauthorized charge, contact your bank immediately to dispute the charge and use our lookup tool at https://support.stripe.com/questions/unknown-charge-from-stripe to report the merchant. To address the Link account or stored data, use the Link support form at https://support.link.com/contact/login? and provide the dates, any transaction IDs, and screenshots of the login/password messages so the team can investigate account creation and removal. If you received login/password messages, change your passwords for the affected email and any linked accounts and enable two‑factor authentication where available. We can’t access or act on account details in a public reply—please contact Link Support using the link above so the team can verify and take appropriate action.
