Customer service not great!
One cartridge leaked all over one box. Cartridges weren't recognized as "original" in our printer, therefore would not work. When I reached out to the company all they want to do is send more cartridges. If the ones I have don't work, why send new ones?? Not happy with the customer service.

I've ordered 2 sets of cartridges and…
I've ordered 2 sets of cartridges and even tho I'm sure I removed all the paper from the cartridges I still can't get a proper print out of a mailing label I need to print. Maintenance indicates that all cartridges are installed properly but the printed item is way too light as if the black cartridge isn't working. I have 4 different black cartridges from u and none of them seem to work.

I'm still waiting for answer regarding an order # because I want to return the product which I ordered by mistake.I've made several attempts with no response at all.

You sent to wrong ink cartridge
You sent to wrong ink cartridge, sent several emails no response ,. Even one said take pictures and send them to you 🤡😂 .send a label I will you my valuable time to send back 😡😡👎just not sure who work for are if your company is that reliable and zero response . Must be foreign people who work for you 👎😡🤡time is $$$ my time and advice is my stock and trade $$$
