I ordered ink cartridges for Epson…
I ordered ink cartridges for Epson XP-4100. Received 410XL. Not even close to fitting. First time ordering from you and the last.

As we actually received your order is Epson 410XL, so I think it's you ordered the wrong ink cartridge, but not we shipped the "wrong ink cartridge", right? But please don't worry, we will help you to return the wrong ink cartridge you ordered. Could you please show us it's unopen?

I emailed 3 times with no response…
I emailed 3 times with no response about mistakenly ordering the wrong type cartridges. I asked about how to send them back and get the right ones. I have a EPSON WorkForce Pro WF-4834

My order was not fulfilled
My order was not fulfilled. I order two sets of cartridges and only received one set. I received the missing set of cartridges and an apology from Linford Office. I am very pleased with the quality and price of my purchase and not give five stars to the company.

Your cartridges did not interface with…
Your cartridges did not interface with my printer HP 63 is what I use my printer did not recognize your cartridges. I had to go out and buy HP cartridges in order to get my printer to work.

This is very important, it will help you to fix it quickly. The printer doesn't recognize the cartridge, several factors can cause this message to come up. 1, This message is associated with the printer detecting the cartridge, which is usually through the circuit chip. First, confirm if you have the correct cartridge model number for your printer. 2, Use either a dry, lint-free cloth or a rubber eraser to remove any debris that may be on the contact points on the cartridge to ensure a good connection with the printer. 3, Make sure the cartridge is installed firmly into the printer. It should lock in place and should not be protruding from the cartridge slot. If you continue to receive this message, it could potentially be due to a newer firmware version on the printer. Firmware updates have the potential to disable the use of non-OEM cartridges. And we need to confirm several things below: 1, What's the model of your printer? 2, It doesn't recognize it the first time, or after you use it sometimes. 3, Would you please let me know the order information? Wrong Ink, Bad service
I ordered this ink on 1/17/24 and got it on 1/23/24 Was sent the wrong ink. When I called to let them know ow what happened. I was not given a ticket number and I was told that some one would call me. They emailed me at 2am in the morning. Then in their email they had all of the information that I had given to the said person in customer service incorrect. NOTE: All of the information was wrong!!! Then once I informed them of the correct ink They person emailing me is still speaking of incorrect information.then was told to purchase ink and then they would help me with refund. So I told them to send me a refund due to me returningthe incorrect ink on my own. Basicallythey don't listen and will get your order incorrect.

Dear customer, we are so sorry, it seems you bought the 220XL ink, and we shipped out the 220XL ink, but not we ship the "wrong ink". And please don't worry, we will help you to return the ink you ordered wrongly.

No repsonse
I have contacted you several times for a return label, but get no response. I ordered the wrong toners and would like to return them and order the correct ones for my M209 HP Laser Printer with chips.
