I previously left a positive review based on my early interactions. However, my experience changed significantly over time. The services I received did not match what I was originally led to expect, and I was ultimately dissatisfied with the outcome. I’m updating my review to reflect my full experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the services I received from Lincoln Writes since 2021. I paid a significant amount of money upfront — totaling over $20,000 — for services that were never fully completed. Instead, the work was repeatedly halted, stalled, and delayed without any formal communication or clear explanation. I would strongly recommend that you not do business with this company. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and frustrating. I constantly had to follow up just to receive updates or basic progress on work that had already been paid for. Rather than providing proactive service, it felt like I had to continually chase the company to complete the tasks outlined in our agreement. Another major issue was the constant turnover of account managers. My account was reassigned multiple times without any notification or explanation. Each new account manager appeared unfamiliar with the work previously done, which resulted in further delays, confusion, and incomplete deliverables. One of the most serious concerns involves my Google Knowledge Panel, which I paid them to create and manage. I was told that I would own the panel and have the sign-in credentials. However, the last account manager, Alistar Gray, changed the login credentials and never provided me with the updated access information. As a result, I do not have control over something that I paid for and was told I would own. Additionally, the company was responsible for managing and marketing my brand across several social media platforms. Unfortunately, the marketing materials that were provided were poorly executed and not designed to effectively engage my audience. Much of the social media and marketing work I paid for was never completed. To make matters worse, the company’s phone number is no longer in service, making it extremely difficult to contact anyone for support, clarification, or resolution. Overall, my experience with Lincoln Writes has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I paid for premium services but received incomplete work, poor communication, and a lack of accountability. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully research this company before doing business with them.

I have a $5K judgment against Lincoln that cannot be satisfied because a summons was not served, and I do not have a business or legal address. When the summons will be served the court will grant $150K plus judgememnt

This company talks big and delivers nothing. I may file a lawsuit against the company. I have sent a trust arbitrary to find out who really they are and I got from the trusted arbitrary a very disappointing news!! I am a victim of scam !!

This company is a total SCAM. I don't believe that any positive review here is authentic. Not only have they failed to deliver even one useful chapter, but I have also stupidly trusted them (please don’t make the same mistake) and paid upfront for publishing and marketing support which I am not going to get at all. If they are not able to write one useful chapter when their company is named Lincoln “Writes,” I don’t know how they possibly have the skills to do publishing and marketing. They don't. Since engaging with them back in May 10th 2024, they have caused me so much stress and unfortunately there seems to be no end in sight to get a refund. They act like it’s their 1st day in business and a refund is something they need to invent, while they have absolutely NOT delivered what they committed. I have actually had to hire a lawyer… meaning more costs for me. :( I recommend you stay away from this company and save yourself heartache. ……….. Below is the case for Breach of Contract in case you find yourself in a similar situation with them: To date, Lincoln Writes has failed to perform these obligations, as outlined below: (1) Lincoln Writes failed to provide the promised team of 4 experts or “premium-level writers.” The Client initially worked with a writer whose work was unacceptable and lacked the quality expected of professional services. After significant delays, the Client was forced to restart the process with a second writer. (2) The Contract explicitly guarantees "Unlimited Revisions throughout the process." Despite this, on October 22, 2024, the project manager, Daniel Roy, placed the project on hold due to the Client's requested revisions. This decision, as well as the threatened to charge additional fees, is a breach of your obligations. (3) By December 3, 2024, after months of delays and sub-par work, the Client was forced to draft the book independently. Despite submitting the draft for review, Lincoln Writes failed to provide timely feedback or the promised support. These breaches have caused significant delays and frustration for the Client, making it impossible to achieve their goal of publishing the book by the end of the year. As a result, the Client has decided to terminate the relationship with you due to your failure to fulfill your contractual obligations. ……….. Again, I recommend you stay away from this company and save yourself heartache.

They never fulfilled their marketing services agreement with me. They are in breach of the contract and stopped contacting me even after I have attempted to resolve the issues in a professional manner. I received less than half of what was promised to me. Having for an additional 8 months past the due date to render their services, I would not trust anything they say. DO NOT USE LINCOLN WRITES... and know they go under other business names as well. BE CAREFUL.
