Hard time for passengers to get into vehicle, 27 person bus
Passengers: 24 people from a Church. Average age: 70+. We requested repeatedly to send a bus that is able to handle people with walking disability, people who use 'walkers', but not wheel chairs. We were assured that is what we will get. The 27 passenger bus arrived - essentially brand new. To get to the sets we all had to take the 3 steps, the first one off the ground about 12 inches. The 3 other steps were NONE Standard 12 inch steps. It took 3 of us to help one of our members to make it UP and then DOWN. Even those who are more able had trouble making it. It seems that our request was ignored - but the payment 2 months in advance was promptly processed. We will keep this unpleasant experience in mind the next time we look for transportation. Currently we use 'buses' about 4 times a year. Signed: Simon L. Engel, Member

Dear Simon, Thank you for your review. We greatly appreciate your business and feedback. We strive to provide top notch service to our clients. I am so sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the bus. When you made your reservation very first time it was on another bus, which was our 14 passenger Mercedes Sprinter. You and I spoke and I explained you very well how seating worked and showed you the different options. You had booked the 14 passenger bus, then a month lather you called and said you had more people going and needed to upgrade to a bigger bus. And we simply updated you on a larger bus. There was never any mention about steps or people with walking disabilities. Again I am really sorry and I apologize for any inconvenience but I wish you had mention this to me and I would of explained you the buses again. Thank you again for your business.
