MGM gives exceptional customer service! We received very quick responses from the office to our questions and quote request! The large bus we rented was super nice, clean and comfortable, and the bus driver was very polite. Will definitely use them again!

Really fun experience and great, comfy bus!

I thought that the driver was very nice and cooperative. The bus was clean and comfortable. The drive was safe and we arrived to our destination at the right time. I was overall very satisfied with my party bus. A couple things that could have been improved was having a audio jax for a phone to play music. Also the glass cups were not very good quality and one of them ending up breaking which is not safe.

Ramon was a pleasure to work with. He was timely, efficient, a good driver, and he knew the route well. He was where we asked him to meet us at the times we had set up and was even flexible enough to drive down the hill to pick us up in another spot. Thanks for a GREAT experience!! As far as the bus is concerned, it was very clean and comfortable, and was a pleasure to ride. Overall, we would recommend this company and Ramon to anyone!
