Limitless has become a company that completely disregards product quality. It turns out they take large quantities of powder and transfer it into smaller vials, which is something that shouldn't be done. This process is only supposed to be done when it's in liquid form. they don't even know the actual net content of the peptide in each product. Not only are they selling low-quality compounds without knowing the net weight, but they are also charging prices as if you ordered the substance directly from Pfizer. It's a company that is simply no longer worth ordering from. Update: Your reply confirms the point of my review — raw/pure products arrive as bulk powder and are divided into vials in-house. Three things it does not address: 1. Dry lyophilized powder is not sterile when it arrives in bulk, and it cannot be sterilized after it is divided. A clean room and PPE reduce contamination; they do not make a non-sterile powder sterile. The only process that does is dissolve → 0.22 µm sterile filtration → aseptic fill → lyophilize in the vial. That is what every manufacturer-vialed product goes through — including the ones you call "premium." 2. Weighing powder on a scale gives gross weight, not net peptide content. Net content requires an assay against a reference standard, plus moisture and counterion content. Do you publish sterility, endotoxin and net-content results for the vials you fill in-house — or only the bulk COA from your supplier? 3. Manufacturer-vialed lyophilized product is the industry standard, not a premium tier. Labeling the standard as "premium" while selling hand-divided powder as the regular product, at regular prices, is misleading to any buyer who doesn't know the difference — and most don't. That is exactly the concern I raised.

Update: after writing this review, I finally got a response that generated my refund a few days later. Not sure how the products are working for me, but the customer service is terrible. I signed up for their ACH payment to receive a 5% discount, and it was not given to me. Their system was also flawed in that they deducted the money from my bank immediately and then failed to ship my products because their system status said awaiting payment. Finally got it shipped, but it's been 2 months since my order date and I still have not received the overcharge refund. I've made many calls and emails and the promise to return my call goes unfulfilled.

I received the wrong product. I reached out to the company through their websites email and didn't hear back so then I had to call them directly. The person I spoke to sent me a printable shipping label to send back the item, which I promptly did. I got an email from someone in the company (Jacob) asking me to send the product back without taking any accountability for sending me the wrong product to begin with. It was odd to me that I had to respond by asking "when are you going to send me what I paid for?" Since he didn't mention it. He told me "it would ship out the next day and he would send me tracking info when it did." Welp, 4 days later I never received the tracking info and I had to ask again, "when are you going to send my product?" What was worse was I received a survey from Limitless asking how they handled the situation. I gave a poor review and explained why and no one reached out to try and make things right or apologize for the inconvenience. Why send out a survey to begin with if you're not going to do anything about it? pathetic customer service. I finally ended up getting what I bought after all the hassle and terrible customer service. My order # was 189956 and I still have all my correspondence with "Jacob" to back every word I said.

Will adjust this review if I get a good response, I've heard great things about this company so I'm wanting to make my first ever purchase but wanted certain questions answered first so I've been in touch but it's now a week later and still not got a reply despite their automated email saying they'll reply back within 24 hours, it's been 7 days now. I'm abroad in UK so I know any order would be a wait in itself which is why I need to order asap so I have to give lowest rating at present and will adjust if and when warranted. Edit: update as of 24.08.23 As promised I said I'd update as and when warranted. Limitless did eventually get in touch via email on 10th but it was 6 days later and likely only because I had to send several other emails saying I'd had no response, but they did respond and that's a positive, however the person who responded did say... "I apologize for the confusion regarding your last message. I will make sure to reach out and find out the reason for the delay in response" They apologized which again is a positive, however they have still not got back in touch to say the reason which is what they themselves said they would be doing, so this promise to me has not yet been met and judging it is now 14days later I highly doubt they will be so this is a negative for now. Aside all the above the owner has also been in touch with me which is kind of him to do, this is also a positive, however we have had to agree to disagree on a few things but this is neither a positive nor a negative as this is just a disagreement which is fair to both sides, he has also been helpful about some dosing questions, again this is a positive, but there is a few unanswered questions that seem to potentially being dodged but that is not a certainly at present so I am giving him the benefit of the doubt for now, I do believe he strives for a very positive business overall and there is a few positives now which I've now noted above but transparency is important for me and at present some possible behaviours are not giving me that feeling of full transparency just at this stage, never the less I have ordered some limitless products but that is due to the positive reviews of others and not due to my personal experiences but due to the further positives I will add another star to my previous low score review, so to sum up it's moved in a positive direction but I will again amend either way based on future experience.
