I would give less stars if it were an option. I have purchased peptides from many different sources and have never been so blatantly scammed as I have with this company. I received the single vial of tb500 I had purchased, today, and what I got was an empty vial. They even had the forethought to include an insert with FAQ, one of which says, why does my vial look empty? Well I don't need you to tell me that it is in fact including the item I purchased. This isn't the emporors new clothes. The thing is empty. I'm sorry but even things as small as " a grain of sand" are visible when the amount is 5mg. I went to their website and tried to call them. And was met with a recording saying that they couldn't take my call and to try again later. I attempted their "chat with us" option and there is no link to under chat with anyone. I trier to submit a "connect with us" message to them via their contact us form and was given a "error can not send message at this time " pop up. I will be callingnmy bank and disputing this purchase and advise that anyone and everyone steer clear of this company as they are fraudulent swindlers who are liars and thieves and should not only be put out of business but put in jail.

I spend about an hour looking for and taking screenshots from peptide groups where customers asked about bottles looking empty. Explained how little 5mg looks when you don't add mannitol like basically every other company. It's the size of a grain of sand. I not only let her keep the product so she could do her due diligence and see that it was quality and what it was supposed to he. I also gave her a refund of almost double her purchase price just so she could see for herself we don't scam people and send empty bottles. We are BBB accredited, the only peptide company that is in this space and our reviews at site jabber are near 5 stars. Google is 5 stars. She proceeded to file a charge back even after she was given 50 back on a 28 dollar order. I wish I could add the screenshots to prove it here somewhere. Some people just can't be satisfied. I wish I could have gotten her to see reason but in today's world cognitive dissonance is a real problem. It's easier to refuse to see truth than admit you may have been mistaken.
