I ordered what I thought was nasal spray from their website, and they sent me a bunch of vials of water and powders with instructions on how to reconstitute it myself. There was nothing on the website which led me to believe I had to mix this stuff at home, I never would have ordered it

I question this company’s authenticity. Please DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS PURE AND SIMPLE A SCAM. They need to be reported to the authorities.

Recently placed my 4th order with the company. Up to this order, the product and shipping have been amazing. For my current order i was not made aware, or received any emails, notifying me that processing and shipping would be delayed because of a move. When i called about it the representative while courteous, was rather dismissive of my concerns and I was told that it would be at least an additional week till my order was shipped. What normally has been a 4 day process is now 14 days. With a peptide market not limited to Limitless Life, I'd expect better customer service and communication.

Not like what it used to be. Automatic $50 shipping for Int orders with FedEx which means customer will pay customs/duties. Last two orders were sent via FedEx (not USPS) and I paid large customs fees. No longer accepting credit cards, only wire transfer. There are better peptide companies elsewhere.

They charge you $25 for FedEx 2 day shipping and get around to processing your order in 2 days - after I sent an email- THEN they “ship” it, however, at this moment FedEx still hasn’t received the package. Don’t pay for FedEx shipping. I don’t do repeat business with businesses like this.

I purchased Adamax and tesofensine. Shipping was fast. I didn’t notice any affects from the Adamax nor the tesofensine. I thought maybe be I wasn’t a responder to neither until I tried another source, which I’m glad I did. I used a full bottle of this limitless tesofensine hoping it needed time to build up. The first day I took the other source’s product and I could feel almost instant energy and focus. Not sure what was in the capsules but it wasn’t tesofensine. $250 wasted

Ordered a couple peptides for specific research. The price would have been decent, had the products been what they say they are… Had less than desirable results. When trying to figure out why, I did some more digging, and found the directions they send with orders, weren’t specific enough, according to many other sources. Specifically, their mixing directions just tell you to mix them. The other sources I found stated that they had to be mixed in a very specific way, as to not ruin your product. When I asked them about this, I was told they can’t give any information. When I asked about their “Satisfaction Guarantee”, I was told that they do have one. However, in order to receive any sort of guarantee, the products would have to be unopened. Which, I’m sure you can guess, is an impossibility to have unopened items, and also know that you will have unacceptable results, per your research. As per customer service at Limitless Life, they do NOT offer any sort of “money back guarantee”. They will only refund unopened vials. So, make sure you don’t buy large amounts, even if they are on sale, before testing for yourself. And, DO NOT TRUST their directions list. It isn’t complete, and will lead to ruined product, if you mix it their way. They will also not confirm their directions… just send a page of instructions to you.

I just called Limitless Life Nootropics bc I had purchased cerebrolysin from them a few months ago and froze it, not knowing it’s not recommended for that research pep. Their CSR Brian was quite snarky and condescending to me. He claimed the insert they give about storage says freezing only applies to lyophilized peptides. Which it doesn’t. I read him the entire paragraph. I suggested they put a note saying that freezing doesn’t apply to all of their products. And he took no responsibility for anything. He spoke to me as if I was an ignorant person. I got so frustrated that I said I was done speaking to him bc he took no responsibility or had any kind of service-oriented attitude. I was already done with them bc of their pricing is higher than another research company that has great customer service.
