Limitless InnovationsReviews of limitlessinnovations.com

TikiTunes is a great idea when it works. You can only connect 2. If you have more than that and try to pair, you need to know the 2 mate for life so don’t mix them up. Also I returned a few and then instead of crediting me, they sent me more. I have yet to see a credit to my account.

Update: Today is 7/14/2020. My order was placed on 6/12/2020. The payment for my order was taken from my account when I placed the order. I received an email on 7/3/2020 stating that orders placed on or before 6/12/2020 would ship on 7/10/2020. I still haven’t received an update or any info about the shipping information. Very frustrating. I can only hope that these things work when they finally arrive. I ordered the Tikitune wireless speakers a few days ago. I received an email that my order was received, but it said that the items would be shipped in 2-3 weeks. When I saw the ad for these, it mentioned what a great Father's Day gift they would make. With deliver taking that long, I will not have the order in time for Father's Day. Very misleading advertisement. Now after reading many of the reviews on here, I am concerned that even after waiting to get this items, they may not work or even be worth the wait. They are getting this rating right now for their very slow delivery time. However, if the products arrive and all is in working order and good quality, I may update my rating to reflect that.

We purchased three of the X5 charging hubs. Two work perfectly and one simply does not charge wirelessly. We are still waiting for Limitless Innovations to honor their one-year warranty (The hub in question was purchased through GearCulture Shop and their support is still fighting with Limitless Innovations to get a simple replacement).

Sadly, the ChargeHub 5 Elite does not work—the top wireless charger and one of the ports—and one of the extender cable didn’t not work. I wanted an exchange for both but the box had been thrown out. Now I am stuck with equipment that doesn’t not function. I tried the Hubs prior to purchasing them as Christmas gifts. I am not sure if my experience is indicative of the product quality or a problem just with these products.

I bought a Tiki Tunes Speaker that did not sync with my phone. I returned it and asked for a refund. They said they could not refund, but would send me another unit that never came. I finally got my refund but unhappy with the product and service.

Had only a few days and would not power on. Asked for a return label and it took them a week to respond and only after I said I wanted my money back.

The concept is really great, and was awesome when it was working (I bought 2) However I had to replace the speaker because it stopped working. Now the replacement stopped working as well. Very disappointed...
