Off Sizing and they dont care
I ordered off their website and I went off their sizing chart. Their sizing chart showed that a size 27 was a size 3. I emailed about how their sizing is off. They emailed back saying it's because they measure on a flat surface and not a model. When you receive the product the manufacturer's tag is inside the item and shows the exact size. Instead of going off that size they do the sizing themselves which then throws everything off. They need to not mesaure themselves when there is a tag inside the item already saying the exact size. it is a scam.

We work with over 300+ designers who provide different size charts and measurements. In the past, we listed our dimensions per what the designer provided but had customers report the waistband of their jeans was different from the tag. While there is no way for us to change the designer's tag, we can include the precise measurements of the item! To ensure we're providing 100% accurate sizing information, we now hand-measure all our jeans and include the measurements under "Product Details" with a disclaimer that reads: “Note: Waist measurements noted above are measured by our team on the waistband of the actual item. Tags may show a different measurement.“ With this said, our team is entirely human and can make mistakes. If your item's measurements do not match what our team provides, send us a photo to [email protected], and we'll get you taken care of. Again we apologize for the negative shopping experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
