No Even Exchanges
They do not allow exchanges. What company doesn’t do an even exchange in 2024?!? I won’t buy from them ever again. Getting a refund takes forever and even if you pay for the insurance so you get a free return label you still have to package it to return and bring it to FedEx. Too much of a hassle. The return envelope should be included when you pay for it.

Hi Kara, thank you for reaching out! I am so sorry for the frustration this has caused you! Since Lime Lush is a small company, we do not order large quantities, which makes exchanges near impossible as we sell out of our items fairly quickly. I know this is frustrating as online shopping can be tricky. It might be best to order multiple sizes and send back the ones that do not work. I know returns can be inconvenient, we try to make things easier by using poly bags that are reusable and resealable. All you need to do is put the items you do not want back in the bag and re-seal with the self-adhesive tab. If you have any questions we would love to chat with you! Again, thanks for reaching out!
