Guide was great!
My Guide is Great. Have had shipping issues. Working to resolve. Update - Shipping issue was resolved. I do like the product. As I said in the first place my guide is Great. I do not know if my issue would have been resolved without her! The product is very good (I can't say GREAT at this point because I haven't used it much yet) But I wanted to make the point the issue was resolved and I did receive my product. Shipping issues happen. I would not pass this by based on the shipping. At this point I am continuing with the product.
