So when I got a nice, friendly response from Alex, who was enthusiastic about my project and my needs, I was surprised, then as I read the email, I felt even better m Not only did he really read my email, he answered with encouragement and added links for several pendants that look exactly like what I needed. So after our pleasant exchange, I did go buy the pendants from them. And they WERE exactly what I was looking for. The right look, color, material. The obvious care and attention to detail that was given my new and small order. I ordered 4 items and each was individually bagged and each bag had a number on it that corresponded to the Packing List/Invoice that was included. This made it really easy for me to know what was what. There are so many companies out there that simply throw items in a bag or box and don't take the time to pay attention to detail.
