Several times I have been sent muddy, dark unacceptable strands of beads. Most recently the strawberry pink jade is ugly grey and the moss agate is solid dark green with no visible "moss" lines. LimaBeads says full refunds are guaranteed but you have to pay the postage. So paying postage and cost of beads, then cost of return shipping is always a losing proposition. Really disappointed .

I made a purchase with them, and being relatively new to bead crafts I had forgot a couple of items. I quickly made a second order including the missed items, and both orders came in the mail in the same package! They even gave me a shipping discount. Thank you Lima Beads!!!

I just now placed an order on this site for several different typed of beads so obviously have not received it yet. But after spending HOURS browsing over the course of a few days, they have such a huge & amazing selection of beads at really affordable prices. It's also worth mentioning how well organized the site is. When you click on the description, the page tells you the hole size of the bead which is so important. I will not even waste my time on ANY site if this information is not stated. I've wasted so much $ buying beads only to find they wire does not fit the hole. I purchased to make myself a necklace for an occasion coming up in a few weeks & also to make a necklace for a friend as as gift. So exited to get my order! I can finally restart my computer! Lol!

They pay so much attention to detail packing your order and is usually complete and sent the day of my order. The customer service team is also very attentive if you need help. They are definitely where I go first hand and always find more than I need. 😎. Awesome sales and prices too. Now I have to mention this sounds like a made up review but I am a customer and have found them to be an excellent shopping online store and support them because they are so awesome.
