The Good and Bad of Valentine's Day Flowers
The flowers were gorgeous by died very quickly compared to last time. There was no flower food included and since they didn't deliver them earlier in the day I was going out and picked them up. The card was also very difficult to read for a 300 dollar bouquet. It was Valentine's day and they did return the delivery fee and I picked them up while my 10:00 am to 7:00 pm window had not expired. I would pay more attention to detail at this price point.

Thank you for your feedback. If there was an issue with your flowers, we ask that you notify us promptly and provide photos so we can help resolve it. Flower food is not included unless requested, and an instruction card was included with your order. For delivery timing, especially on busy days like Valentine’s Day, we kindly ask that early delivery requests be made in advance. Have a good day!
