I am extremely frustrated with my experience with LillyDirect. My biggest concern is the lack of consistency. I was repeatedly told one thing, only to have the exact opposite happen. After LillyDirect moved its prescription processing from Indianapolis to Ohio, the problems began. For months, my physician mailed paper prescriptions without any issues. This time, my physician mailed a paper prescription with 5 refills, but I was later told it had never been received. Following LillyDirect’s instructions, my physician downloaded the prescription form directly from the LillyDirect website and faxed a new prescription with 11 refills. A few weeks later, I was informed that the original paper prescription had suddenly been found. I spoke directly with pharmacist Lisa, who clearly explained that she was going to deactivate the older prescription with 5 refills and make my physician’s newly faxed prescription with 11 refills the active prescription because it was more beneficial for me. Based on that conversation, I expected the new prescription to be the one used going forward. When my medication arrived, I was shocked to discover it had still been processed under the older prescription with only 5 refills. In other words, I was told one thing, but the exact opposite happened. To make matters worse, every time I contacted customer service, I received a different explanation depending on who answered the phone. Patients should be able to trust the information they receive from pharmacists and customer service representatives, especially when it involves prescription medications. I hope LillyDirect reviews its internal communication and prescription processing procedures so that other patients do not have to experience the same confusion and frustration. Consistency, accuracy, and following through on what patients are told should be the standard.

I accidentally paid with my debit and called customer services within two minutes to cancel the payment so I can pay with my HSA card. They said they couldn’t help me. I call BS because every hospital, eye vision or dental office I’ve done this at has been able to cancel my order and use my HSA card. They have lazy people there who don’t want to help you. Bad customer service and the product is more expensive then other places selling the same product.

Don't bother trying to get any information if you only speak English as they only have overseas operators. Finally found out after a 20 minute call and sales pitch, that the information I was requesting from my prescription was not available. How do you expect someone to information from a prescription that was sent to you? You are the only one who has this information. My Dr sent it but doesn't have it either. My only option is to send you a new prescription to make sure the the diagnosis is correct so I qualify for the new $50 price coming July 1st. Get ENGLISH speaking agents!!!!

LILLY DIRECT-GIFT-HEALTH-INADEQUATE Lilly prescription services is a nightmare. Issues include: 1) My prescription was transferred to Amazon Pharmacy…big problems. 2) Lilly representatives stated they have requested the order be returned to Lilly. 3) Lilly stated it could take up to 72-hours to get the order prescription back. 4) Lilly stated I will receive a text message when I can order my refill at Lilly Gifthealth….. No text, nothing. 5) Lilly representative said it’s “ok” if I’m without Foundayo for 14-days. It doesn’t matter since Foundayo is in my system…. Not true…LILLY MISINFORMATION. 6) LILLY promises a lot, but doesn’t fulfill there commitment. 7) Prrhaps it time to try another pharmacist company for GLP meds. MY LILLY RATING IS A C-….POOR.

I needed to order a smaller dose because I felt bad from a larger dose, my doctor ordered the drug, and no one even thought to send it until I started to clarify, they sent a trap for an extraordinary order, I paid for it and received a notification that the order was being processed.. so I waited 6 days and nothing changed, I called every day they said wait a little longer and then they said I need a doctor's confirmation.. So no one even considered that order, they didn't contact the doctor, the main thing is they took the money and then it's your problem or will you receive the order, you have to figure out why it's not being sent!! I called my doctor and she solved this problem with them! and now I have to wait 3 days again! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ So I'm going to miss a week of taking the medication because of them! I hope I won't have health problems because I take a large dose, then don't take it at all, and then take it again! terrible service!!!

Horrible service from Lillydirect. My first order was for kwikpen but for refills the PA mistakenly put it in for vials. My PA then sent a corrected prescription changing it from vials to kwikpen. Lillydirect just decided to not approve the kwikpen prescription update for some unknown reason but never communicated that to me or the doctor. The only reason I found out was I needed to get my prescription refill early because I am leaving on a 3 week cruise. I called 3 days ago to do that and that's when I found out they had never approved the update to the kwikpen. Then they said that they would put in my request for an early refill (I told the agent I was going on vacation) and I should hear within 3 days. I did not hear within 3 days so I just called them. That's when I found out that the request for early refill had been denied (again ZERO communication). Today's agent said she would try again but now I am getting quite concerned it's not going to show up on time. HORRIBLE service by LillyDirect!! I would not recommend them to anyone at this point. My brother is about to start and I plan on letting him know what a nightmare they are to deal with so he can go somewhere else.
