Terrible company charged $449 for Zepbound pen 7.5mg. Medication absolutely didn’t work at all. My friends and I gained 4lbs + I contacted them and absolutely nothing was done or said. They are A trillion dollar money hungry company who cares nothing about their customers. I truly believe the medication in the pens are placebo. I’ve told informed all my students, colleagues and others at the university NOT to use ELi Lilly money grubbers. Who wants to pay all that money to gain weight? I’m directing everyone to the cheaper more effective companies. Much better results and 75% cheaper. My friends and I have list over 50+ lbs an we’re quite happy. Theyre garbage!!! NEVER again will I use them. Word of mouth about this horrible company have caused potential new patients to go elsewhere and were much happier and can save money too.

Absolute scumbag company. My fiance is unable to get their medication for an arthritic autoimmune disorder, and thus are in constant pain again due to their billing department flagging the account for a "discrepancy", and then denying them for their savings plan. These are life-saving medications that cost a fortune! How do you expect people to pay over $3000 a month for this??? These medications also happen to cost almost nothing to make...

Mon médecin m'avait promis une perte de poids de 15 kilos en 4 mois, en plus des effets secondaires (nausées, constipation..), j'ai dû faire un régime contraignant et du sport mais je n'ai rien perdu du tout. Maintenant mon transit intestinal est déréglé, je suis toujours constipée et j'ai toujours des nausées malgré que cela fait l'arrêt du traitement depuis plus d'un mois, j'ai fait les 4 mois et je n'ai rien perdu par contre les effets secondaires persistent.

just learned that it will take 72 hours to update the prescription my doctor sent in 2 days ago and lilly says they never got. I have had to stay on top of lilly for 3 days. finally today i reached a caring knowlegeable customer care rep at lily direct. the only one in the company, i think

ZERO stars , injection was faulty plus I know 2 others that had faulty pens. I contacted customer asking for a refund or replacement, but they’ve completely refused to help and keep saying pens not faulty. For the amount of money charged, I expected much better quality and support. Feels like once they have your payment, they don’t care about customers anymore. Would not recommend based on my experience. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

He tenido problemas con la pluma de aplicacion del producto Moujaro, solo en la dosis 7,5 , Es decir las primeras dosis desde septiembre hasta marzo, perfecto la pluma y los resultados del producto. Desde diciembre, enero y febrero 2026 falla la pluma en la última dosis lo reporto al servicio de supuestamente Calidad de Laboratorio Lilly y por supuesto la responsable soy yo - según ellos, primero que yo no sabía usar la pluma después de usarla correctamente por tres meses y ahora con la siguiente incidencia pluma defectuosa. Quiero hacer notar que el producto ha sido el adecuado y he tenido los resultados esperados con muy pocos efectos secundarios y ahora estoy aplicando me 10mg/dosis y perfecto tanto el producto como la pluma de aplicacion. Si alguna persona le pasa problemas con la pluma , le invito comunicarlo a Laboratorio Lilly.. Tal vez si más personas lo refiere lo tomarán en cuenta en el Laboratorio Lilly.

If you're looking to use Mounjaro for long-term treatment, don't bother. Lilly are the manufacturers for most UK dispensers and, despite going through 3 different providers, I've encountered 2 faulty pens. The 'fix' is an up to 45 day investigation without replacement or refund so I'm now having to, yet again, go cold-turkey on this medication at a high dose because I cannot afford another dose so soon. The first time this happened, it took almost a week for Lilly to even organise a collection date for my faulty item, by which point I was well out of range for my shot. By the time they would have investigated and refunded/replaced my item, I could have been a month outside of my treatment and had to start from scratch or risk serious side effects. I feel sorry for dispensers who are taking the flak for this, because it isn't their fault, but Lilly are gatekeeping a very expensive and very important drug from people. This medication didn't just help my physical health, but my mental health as well, especially helping prevent me from binge-eating while going through bereavement. Do not consider using high doses long-term, less so for the side effects, more because Lilly will not help you if your product is faulty, they'll just leave customers hanging while they investigate and force you to pay again for medication. Extremely disappointed, distressed and severely mentally impacted by this, for the second time now.
