These people suck. They made a really good diabetes' drug called mounjaro. No buddy can afford it because insurance companies don’t want to pay for it and pharmacies charge $1300 for the drug in the usa but ely lilly sells the drug to the Europeans for $75 per month. Ely lilly is full of shit they screw American's. I think they need to be thrown out of the usa.

Unusable Mounjaro KwikPen
I ordered a 2.5 mg Mounjaro KwikPen two weeks ago, and it has been unusable from the very first attempt. No liquid comes out, and I suspect the rubber seal may have arrived damaged. Changing the needle made no difference. Both Lilly and the seller have refused to accept responsibility, and Lilly insists the pen is not faulty despite the fact that it does not work. I am extremely disappointed with the product and the poor customer service. I expect the company responsible to take accountability for supplying a potentially defective product.

Faulty pen and worse communication from Lilly
I had a $550 pen malfunction. It jammed when I went to push the button and then when I gave up and pulled the needle out, 10 seconds later the med shot across the room. I spent an hour online with Lily who questioned me like a criminal, then the guy walked me painfully through each step…. At the point where I said, “Yes, it’s sticking in my stomach but no, it’s not spinning/injecting”, I was told to pull it out “but don’t touch the button!”…. On the phone, live with customer service the pen shot medicine across the room! That was over a month ago. I was told he was going to go down to someone and that I “might” need to return the pen to my chemist, but he would ring me back to let me know. He never rang back and didn’t let me know what was going on. It took weeks for them to send a returns pack to my chemist (and arrived with no letter or name on the pack so they didn’t know what to do with it- totally unprofessional). That was 2 weeks ago. Every email apologises for poor communication but then tries to put the blame on me. Obviously their internal complaints department is not going to do anything. Does anyone know what authority/ombudsman to file a complaint with in Australia??

Promised in 3 days
Promised in 3 days. I'm on day 8 and nothing. They billed me and insurance for the pills. Double bil. Insurance fraud. Refused to cancel my order. Even on the 8th day. Refused refund and I still don't have my pills. Refused to explain why they billed me and my insurance. I was expecting to have to pay full price due to the insurance not covering. But when my local pharmacy told me that my insurance had been billed for the pills. I realized they double billed Didn't tell me, didn't refund anything to me or the insurance company and still refuse? I believe lily is just a scam.

Zepbound for weight loss
I have been on zepbound for 4 months now through the VA. I have losr over 50lbs and my pens seem to work great every time. I started on 2.5 then 5 and now 7.5. Have had no issues so far with the single dose pens. But word to those who look to lose weight…. This doesnt do it on its own. You have to put in the exersize and the propper diet. Combined i have excelled at my weight loss. Still going strong. Started at 239lbs now down below 185lbs. My ultimate goal is 165lbs. Especially as a disabled vet with sever spinal issues. Also this has put my IBSD completly under control and absolutly helping with my sleep apnea as i have lost 2 1/2 inches in my neck alone.

Dishonest Criminal Company
Terrible Company
I have been giving my daughter Mounjaro injections for 3 to 4 months and then suddenly like many others we get a faulty pen that wont work half way through.
Took back to the chemist who agreed the pen was Faulty then when he spoke with Eli Lilly They refused to replace the pen and said i must have not primed it properly. Disgusting Company where is a Gov't Regulatory Department to control these Big Pharma
Oh Yeah thats right they are all paid off

Poor service
Have been using the Mounjaro kwikpen for 6 months, never encountered a problem until now. The pen jammed and the orange bulb at the end of the pen popped out as did the solution. Eli Lilly’s investigation found that I won’t be refunded for this, their faulty pen I paid £289 for.

Esperienza gravissima e inaccettabile…
Sconsigliatissimo.
