Very frustrating experience. My Dr approved & a case manager for KU oversaw my case. Applied for Emgality, approved the screening to qualify, called them every month August through February, then I gave up! No medication received. Although each month I was told that it was going to ship. Month after month the same story! Sad

Faulty pens paid nearly 380 for two both got stuck wouldnt even wind back , i rang eli lilly who said could take up 45 days to get whatttttt!!! Took pics sent them off to receive an email to say over pressurised what two pens how conveinent . And the prices are disgusting AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST .

I purchased a Mounjaro pen that did not function properly during use, including dispensing issues and leakage, making it unusable. I reported the issue and informed customer service that the pen was available for collection and inspection if they wished to investigate further. Instead, I was informed that no refund or replacement could be provided, and communication effectively ended there. I chose this product based on the TRUST and REPUTATION associated with the brand. For such a high-cost and sensitive medication, I expected a more thorough investigation and a better customer service experience. Very DISAPPOINTING!

I received a 7.5mg Mounjaro pen that had no needle when I called Lilly to inform them, they said that my dose had been injected. How can the medicine be injected if there was no needle in the pen to begin with? I wasn't looking for a new box, just a replacement for the faulty one I received. I couldn't send them pictures of the bad pen because their website sucks and wouldn't let me upload. Now I am one dose short of my medication this month because they don't want to admit they made a mistake and make it right. One replacement pen must really cost them alot if they're not willing to let go of it. I know they cost me alot but I guess it's better for me to be out than a multi million dollar company. Lilly is bad, just bad.

La empresa Lilly es de vergüenza, llevo un año con el tratamiento de mounjaro que vale 360€ he tenido problemas con la última pluma, al ponerme la primera dosis la ruleta corrió como si no empujara el líquido y cuando miré el nivel del líquido estaba por la rayita de la mitad, la chica de Lilly me dice que es como si hubiera consumido 2 dosis, me dicen que la lleve a mí farmacia y que la recogerán para analizar, todo esto el lunes y hoy jueves me molesto en llamar ya que les hice mucho incapie en que el lunes tenía mi segunda dosis y que no quiero interrumpir el tratamiento porque me cuesta mucho pagarlo para ahora tener que interrumpir. No te dan solución ninguna, me dicen que me compre otra pluma. De vergüenza que no se responsabilicen con lo caro que es el tratamiento

I am reading from others reviewers about the low efficacy of the medication. After 4 months of using, I just loss 3 pounds, not close to the supposed average loss advertised. I will call my pharmacy provider to stop getting the medication from Lilly. I also writing this review regarding the recent malfunction of two of my injectors. I would like to clearly state that I have successfully used approximately 16 injectors prior to this incident without any issues. Based on this consistent experience, I am confident in my ability to use the device correctly and in accordance with the provided instructions. During this most recent use, the injector did not function as expected despite following the same process I have successfully used multiple times before. For this reason, I believe this incident should be considered as a potential product or device malfunction, rather than attributed to user error. While I understand that standard troubleshooting questions are part of your review process, the repeated implication of incorrect use is concerning given my demonstrated history. I respectfully request that this case be formally reviewed with appropriate consideration of: My prior successful use of the device The possibility of mechanical or manufacturing issues Reports of similar concerns from other users I also reading from others reviewers about the low efficacy of the medication.
