Submitted prescription three weeks ago. Lilly Direct has yet to respond or acknowledge that they received it. There is no way to contact them. It’s just a black hole.

BAD BAD BAD. I use the Humalog 200 in Lilly's Kwikpen. Apart from the strong doubts about the QUALITY of insulin, which often works in alternating phases and whose actual effectiveness causes problems, the total DISAPPOINTMENT are the pens, VERY EXPENSIVE and always ready to mechanically break, forcing you to throw away tens of euros of product, with a STRONG economic and moral damage (you NEVER know if the pen you carry with you will break). IF IT WERE UP TO ME they would have to get fines for hundreds of thousands of euros, no ifs or buts!!!! ---------------------------------------------------- MALO MALO MALO. Utilizo el Humalog 200 en Lilly's Kwikpen. Aparte de las fuertes dudas sobre la CALIDAD de la insulina, que muchas veces actúa en fases alternas y cuya eficacia real causa problemas, la DECEPCIÓN total son las plumas, MUY CARAS y siempre listas para romperse mecánicamente, obligando a tirar decenas de euros de producto. , con un FUERTE daño económico y moral (NUNCA sabes si el bolígrafo que llevas contigo se romperá). ¡¡¡SI FUERA POR MÍ tendrían que recibir multas de cientos de miles de euros, sin peros ni peros!!!! -------------------------------------------------- PESSIMO PESSIMO PESSIMO. Utilizzo L'Humalog 200 in Kwikpen di Lilly. A parte i forti dubbi sulla QUALITA' dell'insulina, che spesso funziona a fasi alterne e la cui efficacia effettiva da problemi, lo SCHIFO totale sono le penne, COSTOSISSIME e sempre pronte a spaccarsi meccanicamente costringendo a buttare via decine di euro di prodotto, con un FORTE danno economico e morale (non sai MAI se si romperà la penna che porti con te). FOSSE PER ME dovrebbero prendere multe per centinaia di migliaia di euro, senza se o ma !!!!

No stock in almost all locations in Brisbane and no plans to rectify the situation. No stock will be available until April next year. Shame on this company.

I receive one of my medications from Lilly Patient assistance program. For this I am grateful. BUT now my application was approved for the assistance progrm, BUT I never received my medication. So I have missed this weeks dose. I have tried contacting them numerous times to no avail; on hold for hours; they never responded to my fax inquiries. So I can NOT get answers as to when to expect my medication to be delivered. Horrible fact that there is no email for the company & horrible that when you call, you're on hold for hours & terrible that they do not respond to fax inquiries. I recommend: once the application is approved to receive the medication, the medication should be set up for delivery so the patient, me, does NOT miss a dose! 4/3/23 I still can NOT get in touch w/ Lilly Cares Foundation to find out when my medication will bwe delivered. I have called numerous times to be on hold for hours; I have now sent 3 fax to inquire when my medication will be delivered & no response. This is ignorace on Lilly's part as again I am NOW missing a dose of my needed medication. So IF anything adverse whould occur, I will be sure to tell FDA that Lilly is negligent to send me my necessary medication.
